Changes in Customer Service of Eesti Gaas

Eesti Gaas has remarkably contributed to technological development and development of modern e-Service and Customer Support over the last years. Thus, due to the overall preferences of Estonian people, the majority of our daily customer transactions and consulting have moved to electronic channels. Already 96% of invoices are paid through remote channels today and the use of our physical customer service offices is limited. Furthermore, they have also lost their original function.

The customer service offices in Tartu, Kohtla-Järve and Tallinn (Liivalaia St.) will close on June 11, 2018 due to the reorganization of customer administration.

We shall be pleased to keep serving our customers via telephone customer service and e-mail, as well as, by post if need be.
