Eesti Gaas is a large company of the best service quality, as revealed from survey carried out by RAIT Faktum & Ariko.  

Considered in the poll „Service of large companies were altogether 13 local companies from banking, telecommunications, power engineering, and  mailing and logistics service sectors.
According to average ratings of the service appeal, Telia made the best result. The second best turned out to be Eesti Gaas and the third place was held by SEBIn hitch-free and smooth settlement of customer problems, LHV Pank rated the best.
In aggregate of the two indicators, the best results were displayed by Eesti Gaas, LHV and SEB bank.

The sample of survey was constituted by 1003 adults aged 15-74; the sample was formed as being nationally representative by region, gender, age and ethnic background.
