AS Eesti Gaas is a Group which besides AS Eesti Gaas comprises AS EG Ehitus and AS EG Võrguteenus.
The object of Eesti Gaas Group is to provide high-quality complete services in order to make life more comfortable and environment-friendly with the help of natural gas.
Eesti Gaas Group is an organization with professional and friendly employees and its object is to guarantee the increase of the Group’s turnover through satisfied customers and economic effectivity.
As a result of the requirements of the Estonian Republic legislation and the European Union directives, AS EG Võrguteenus was established in order to provide independent network services to all the participants of the natural gas market on the territory of the Estonian Republic. The enterprise started its economic activity on January 1, 2006. The basic activities of AS EG Võrguteenus consist of the maintenance, development and renovation of gas supply systems and also the performance of gas works.
AS EG Ehitus was established in December 2004 on the basis of previously operating structures and employees and its basic activities consist of constructing gas pipelines and structures. After AS KV Partnerid (founded in 2001, since 2004 an enterprise of Eesti Gaas Group) joined AS EG Ehitus in 2006, its aim is also to provide high-quality real estate administration and maintenance service to real estate owners. AS EG Ehitus also deals with the construction, repair and maintenance of natural gas supply systems, development, design of infrastructures and their construction and renovation. |
